Reiki Level 2, is where your practice transforms from personal wellness into a real healing offering. Building on the foundation of Shoden (Level 1), Okuden, meaning "inner teachings," introduces the sacred symbols and mantras that unlock distance healing, emotional and mental healing, and a stronger, more focused energetic connection.

This is the level where Reiki stops being something you experience and becomes something you practice with confidence. You'll learn to direct energy across time and space, work with intention on a deeper level, and hold space for others' healing with the protocols as taught by Master Mikao Usui.

Whether you're preparing to offer Reiki professionally or simply want to go further in your own spiritual development, Okuden marks the turning point: this is where practitioners become healers.

What you'll learn:

• The three sacred Reiki symbols and their applications

• Distance healing techniques

• Deeper energetic attunement and intuitive practice

• How to structure a more advanced self-healing and client session
  
  Courses are 14 hours, split over two days in-person. Each day runs 10 am - 5 pm EST. There will be two 15-minute breaks and a one-hour lunch break.
