Please consult a medical professional if you have any concerns about your health, condition management or your ability to receive specific treatments. We believe that your body is your best guide, and as such encourage all participants to listen to their body and to respond according to what each person needs.

Sharp pain is never ideal, and as with any physical activity, please manage your wellbeing responsibly. Engaging in narcotics or other mental-state altering substances while engaging in physical activity or treatments is not recommended. Please use your best judgement when choosing the treatment or wellness options that are right for you. Please advise your teacher or practitioner of any allergies, health concerns or other issues which may impact your wellbeing during treatment or class, and request modifications if they may be more suitable to you at any time.
